The new single “HouzKatz” from Adam Ness’ first full length project, “Sagittarius Vol 2” is officially out now, and is a first hand glimpse into the wild, fiery, outspoken, sensual mind of a Sagittarius.
Sagittarius season is definitely coming early for Adam Ness, as he anticipates the release of his new project on November 5th, as a sequel to Sagittarius Vol 1. Truly embodying his aesthetic, musical, and lifestyle, Adam Ness is on a journey to enlighten and make love with the world through beauty and sound.
Growing up in Detroit, Adam Ness has always had the innate gift of music. Inspired by the likes of Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, and Erykah Badu, Adam is a unique blend of finesse, soul, and power. As a teenager, Adam joined the famed youth program, ”Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit”, where he began exploring the world of music and stage performance. He also performed and recorded with popular local gospel ensembles, where he further honed his vocal prowess.
With notable industry experience under his belt and a growing fanbase, Adam relocated to Chicago to launch his solo career. He is an explosive live performer, selling out several events to include his debut headlining concert and the successful airing of his virtual live concert, which was viewed globally. He has opened for artists such as, Lalah Hathaway, Cece Peniston and Justine Skye and was a featured vocalist for each show of Noname’s 40 city US Room 25 Tour. He has also had multiple television appearances, including two performances on Late Night with Stephen Colbert.
Through this new project, Adam Ness wants his fans to know it is okay to be yourself and get the things you are deserving of, and that being soft does not diminish dominance. He is looking forward to being seen further throughout his musical career so that he can become a mirror to his fans. In promotion of his new upcoming single, he was a featured guest and performer on Black Stream Live – The Road to the Roots picnic in partnership with Live Nation Urban and Twitch on October 13th. He will also be performing on AudioTree Live at the end of the month and will open up for Mykal Kilgore on October 16th.
