Ari Lennox earns her first RIAA gold plaque for “BMO”

Dreamville’s first lady Ari Lennox received her first RIAA certified gold plaque for her track “BMO” off of her critically acclaimed album Shea Butter Baby. The D.C. native took to Instagram to announce her accomplishment and was met with an outpour of support from fans and collaborators Smino, Omen, and Durand Bernarr.

The Elite-produced track is sensual, vibrant, and bursting with personality. “BMO” is the second track off of Lennox’s 12 track debut and serves as the flip in style from the previous track “Chicago Boy.” Shea Butter Baby has been regarded as one of the best R&B/Soul projects of 2019 so be on the lookout for more plaques from this project and from this year.

Lennox has dropped a series of excellent singles including “BUSSIT,” the remix to “I Been” featuring Smino, “Make Me Feel” featuring Skip Marley, and several others.
