DJ Trebble contributes to the voice of Louisianna with his undeniable producing talents

The super-producer is behind the creation of HD4president’s viral TikTok hit “Touch Down 2 Cause Hell (Bow Bow Bow).”

“I’ve always trusted the process and knew that I could myself get to where I needed to be. I said f-ck a plan B.”

Noah Davis, better known as DJ Trebble, is a producer from Baton Rouge who is a force to look out for in the music industry. He originally started creating music at a young age using an old MacBook with Garageband. DJ Trebble has now excelled his career by producing hard-hitting beats for notable artists such as NBA Youngboy, Shon Thang, Fredo Bang, and more. DJ Trebble uses his Louisiana upbringing to provide a unique sound that contributes flavor and bounce to the rap scene.

Notably, DJ Trebble is the super-producer behind HD4president’s viral hit song “Touch Down 2 Cause Hell (Bow Bow Bow),” which has seen millions of streams since its release. The song has become a global sensation and artists such as Coi Leray, Megan Thee Stallion, and Lizzo (to name a few), have danced to the catchy track.

“Music is different out here,” DJ Trebble expressed in a recent interview with Remixd Magazine as he speaks about his hometown. “Louisiana has such a distinct style I just fed off of it. The beats I first started making and still make are rooted in that sound and energy. I make all types of beats, I’m versatile as hell but one thing I’ll always be able to make a hit out of is a Baton Rouge beat.”

“What really got me into it though was when Shon Thang hit me up and I started sending him beats.” DJ Trebble continued to explain.”After “Dumb Ditty” came out that’s really when I locked into the mindset of okay this is going to be my career for the rest of my life. And that’s what put me on the map in Louisiana, that’s what my first major stepping stone was.”

While he is not riding dirt bikes to clear his mind during his past time, it has always been music for DJ Trebble. This talented producer enjoys sticking to the script of his goals and helping others achieve theirs along the way. As he focuses on mastering his craft, he is passionate about building artists from the ground up.

“I like to get involved early, I did that with HD4president, I did that with Shon Thang. I know when I hear something good. The artist and the producer go hand in hand when it comes to building a sound.” DJ Trebble expressed.

“My main focus right now is HD4President and PlayboyXO. They’re next up. I also have these two artists: Bando Jay and Bando Kay Pe. I have a tape that I’m putting together that I think is going to blow up once it’s out.”

From receiving a gold plaque from working on NBA Youngboy single for “RIP Lil Phat,” to being brought on stage with artists such as HD4President, DJ Trebble has plenty of proud moments to look back on in his music career. However, he does not plan to stop there.
“I recently locked in with Boosie and he was saying he wants to make an album with me, which would be crazy. I grew up listening to Boosie, Webbie, Lil Phat, and those OG’s.” DJ Trebble stated. “I’ve also been sending beats to City Girls, Lil Baby, and Megan the Stallion lately. So those are a few collaborations to potentially watch out for.”

As far as advice, DJ Trebble shared some words that will motivate anyone who has plans to break into the music industry:
“I feel like everybody can do this if they have the mind and passion for it because I did. Like I said I started on a clunky iPad and a dusty desktop that barely ran. And from there I still made it happen because I had the vision and the work ethic. I wanted this sh-t to happen and I made it happen. So I hope people take away that anybody can do it.”

“Don’t give up because the money ain’t coming in as you want it to because it will one day.” DJ Trebble continued. “You’ve got to be creative for you, and not to be like someone else. Start something before somebody else does. A lot of times people have similar things in mind but you’ve got to be the first one to do it for it to matter.”
