H.E.R drops new visual for “Fight For You” off of Judas and The Black Messiah soundtrack

Vallejo native H.E.R recently released the visual for her soulful and empowering cut “Fight For You,” a track that is featured on the Judas and The Black Messiah soundtrack. The visual sees the singer working at a shoe store in New York City with interwoven cuts of the movie’s scenes making regular appearances throughout the video.

Other than H.E.R, the movie’s soundtrack features everyone from up-and-comers like Florida’s Nardo Wick and Pooh Shiesty, as well as A$AP Rocky, Rakim, G Herbo, Smino, and many others.

For those who aren’t familiar, Judas and the Black Messiah stars Get Out’s Daniel Kaluuyah and Atlanta’s Lakeith Stanfield and tells the story of the assassination of Fred Hampton, an activist who’s best known for his work as the chairman of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panthers. The film is getting rave reviews with a 96% on Rotten Tomatoes and an 86% on Metacritic.
