Sircaliburx shares new comedic single “Crack in the Hat”

Sircaliburx, a hip hop musician from Philadelphia, has released a new single called “Crack in the Hat.” The Cat in the Hat, a delightful Dr. Seuss nursery rhyme, is juxtaposed with the trap life in Sircaliburx’s song. You can hear him question on the track, “man, why did you sell the cat in the hat crack, man. He’s on the corner of the block.. smokin’ that grease.”

When he raps, the rapper has a rough yet infectious energy. Lil Uzi Vert, XXXTENTACION, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Famous Dex are among his influences. He spits on the track: “Grease, grease … You know I got that grease. Heat, heat… You know I got that ice.”

Sircaliburx is a creative force who founded the InTheWave Corp brand and label, which offers apparel, merchandising, videography, and photographic services. “I want to produce music I love and to relax to,” he says of his brand and label, which is inspired by the vaporwave genre of music. “Some of my sounds, I want to focus on nostalgia that will take you back. With my music, I just started trying to find my sound and am continuing to evolve it,” he explained.

He has discovered a niche in memes, which is clever since it allows him to expand his social media following; he already has over 27K Instagram followers. He continued, “I name myself the MEME GOD.”

“Stay true to yourself even if nobody else believes in you stay true to yourself and keep building yourself,” he advises aspiring rappers.
