Pomona’s own Ty $later is back with a brand new single and video titled “I Say”. In the Damien Wayne directed visual, Ty is surrounded by ambient lamps, captivating lights and backwood smoke. The slick talking rapper raps over a menacing beat, with piano’s and dusty drums reminiscent of early Wu-Tang clan production. Ty taunts the competition for trying to imitate him on the hook as he states, “they tryna do what I do, I told them do what I say, I see the hate, but that’s okay, I get ’em out of the way”.
Ty has been steadily building his buzz by releasing quality singles periodically, but looks to continue to grow his fan base by releasing content much more frequently in the near future.
